Jordan Allison has been building homes in West Florida since 2019. Initially working under several successful general contractors in Sarasota County, eventually establishing Allison Builders opening officially in 2024, as a luxury residential design and construction firm located in Sarasota and has been quickly gaining a reputation for designing and building luxury projects in the area.

Bringing extraordinary focus and perfectionism to Allison Builders has resulted in the highest caliber construction and custom craftsmanship. Jorda has built a reputation for approaching modern architecture with a unique old Florida flair. With meticulous cabinetry, bespoke interior and exterior joinery, and refreshing materials sourced from around the world, each project ultimately reflects the client’s vision and his sought after aesthetic. He works closely with leading architects and designers in the area.

 

Jordan is actively pursuing the Well AP and building sciences certifications. He brings a unique sensitivity to the building materials and an understanding of the Florida climate, to each project. Allison Builders has a long-term vision, for evolving the Florida duilding standard and considering how a home is lived in specifically to each client.
